A Grant Funding Strategy is a living 12 to 18-month roadmap for requesting funding with the greatest likelihood for success. These require a lot of focused research and critical thinking skills but pay big dividends! Limiting applications to only those with the highest chances of winning makes sure your resources are properly leveraged. All organizations who are serious about winning grant money must start with one of these living documents and commit to regular updating. This example is 10 pages.

In college, I was awarded a three-month Public Relations Internship at the Kimball Art Center in Park City, Utah. The publicist, Alan Seko, tutored me in writing press releases and letters to local organizations. He critiqued my writing, and when my writing improved he had me write for KAC, reviewing everything before it was sent to the publisher. The samples from this internship contain two press releases and three letters to area organizations.
